Responsibilities

Prepare financial/KPI reporting and presentation materials for leadership.
Analyze financial results to identify trends, variances and areas for improvement.
Present financial data, insights and reports to operational leaders and other stakeholders.
Partner with business leaders in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast processes.
Act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, utilizing data to guide decisions, cost-savings and operational improvements.
Develop and maintain tools for expense tracking and lead process trainings.
Continuously seek opportunities to enhance financial processes, including reports, tools and presentation materials.
Track Capex spend against targets
Review and analyze GL account data, prepare accruals, reclasses and expense allocations for month end close.
Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives.

Financial ModelingExcelFinancial AnalysisAccounting Principles

Required

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or Business
1 - 3 years of analyst experience in Finance, Accounting, Banking or related field.
Expertise in financial modeling and analysis, with strong fluency in Excel.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data simply and concisely.
Understanding of financial statements and general accounting principles.
Growth mindset, self-starter, innate curiosity, and problem-solving mentality.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects and meet deadlines.
Must be able to work in Pacific Standard Time
