Responsibilities

Participates in determination of budget including fiscal resource allocation.

Prepares financial analysis & reports, conducts account research, and assists with budget projects.

Creates daily, monthly, annual, & project end analysis & reports.

Provides review and oversight of financial transactions, including journal entries and reconciliations.

Reviews PI funding status, works on financial grants management, and interacts with faculty and funders.

Processes data & information through database, graphic & spreadsheet software, and performs general office support activities.

Provides training and support to related university units or program participants, supervises temporary, part-time, or work-study students.

Required

Successful completion of a full 4-year course of study in an accredited college or university leading to a bachelor's or higher degree in a major such as accounting, business administration, finance, or related; OR appropriate combination of education and experience.

2 years financial, budgeting &/or preparing account reconciliations or financial statements along with financial analysis or other relevant experience.
