Responsibilities
Demonstrate proficiency in financial service software, including ROSnet or equivalent.
Assist in maintaining financial processes, including financial models and matrices.
Develop analytics to provide insights into various financial activities; communicate insights and plans to management.
Perform analysis and comparisons of financials for all business concepts at defined frequencies.
Assist management in evaluating financial processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to achieve company financial goals.
Apply understanding and working knowledge of business and financial metrics effectively.
Help design, document, and maintain system processes; collaborate with management to review process effectiveness.
Develop presentations to effectively communicate recommendations and insights to team members and management.
Build meaningful relationships with partners and stakeholders.
Assist in restaurant transactional audits and inventory audits for accuracy and discrepancies.
Support management in preparing forecasts, analytics, and operational budgets for past and future quarters/years.
Identify and communicate process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and spreadsheets.
Perform other duties related to the department as required.

Required
Experience with ROSnet or similar financial reporting software.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., advanced formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation).
Advanced mathematical skills with the ability to calculate figures, amounts, and percentages, and apply concepts of mathematics to financial calculations.
Proactive with initiative and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
Resourceful problem-solving and decision-making skills; keen attention to detail.
Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills, able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sense of urgency and commitment to meeting deadlines.
