Responsibilities

Oversee the calculation and collections of Expenses and Metrics, ensuring the metrics are accurate and ready for presentation

Track and trace all costs and expenses by Value Stream within the organization for accurate compilation and presentation

Analyze general ledger accounts to provide a basis for presentations and decision making

Ensure compliance with both US GAAP and internal policies & procedures

Act as a Value Stream Finance Partner to an associated stream, overseeing all associated expense tracking mechanisms for financial oversight

Participate in projects within the Value Stream to provide financial insights and recommendations

Utilize tools such as Microsoft Power BI to create effective financial presentations

Maintain accurate customer credit records and process customer credit applications

Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
