Responsibilities

Analyze actual operating results at Month-end, Quarter-end, year-end and compare to the forecasted monthly/annual plan and present findings to the management team

Present analysis and strategy regularly to Sr. Manager for reporting executive team members; build consensus and coordinate efforts across multiple departments

Regularly communicate with HQ (Korea) in writing, through email, reports, or orally in Korean on all accounting and financial reporting matters

Support other financial or administrative projects and tasks to include Investor Relations events assigned by the Finance Leadership team or HQ

Build presentations for senior management

Perform market research to present market analysis and monthly report

Monitor and Manage major KPIs and analyze to prepare financial report

Business process analysis and process improvement

Correspond various ad-hoc request to HQ and subsidiaries

Required

8+ years’ experience in company finance functions, accounting management, accounting firms

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting preferred, or other related areas

Strong financial analysis, modeling and valuation skills

Effective collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across cultures and levels within the business and align internal and external stakeholders toward common objectives

Highly proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word

Excellent communication in both Korean and English (verbal and written) is required

A desire to move quickly and decisively in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative information concisely into strategic recommendations
