Responsibilities

Create and publish KPIs, dashboards, and metrics by collaborating with various departments.

Conduct business reporting with a focus on sales, profitability analysis, staffing models, and unit-level profitability reviews.

Support the development of forecasts and operating plans.

Provide ad-hoc analyses as needed.

Interface with Director of Finance, Brand Leadership, Corporate and Restaurant Accounting.

Required

Bachelors degree required in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related.

A minimum of 2-3 years of previous financial analyst experience, including reporting and variance analysis, budget & forecasting, or operations finance in a multi-unit restaurant company is strongly preferred.

Advanced ability in Excel to manage large data sets, pivot tables, lookups, if-statements, and other formulas.

Must be able to turn analysis into insights, and effectively communicate the findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Ability to switch gears quickly and work cross-functionally across concepts.

Strong communication skills, solid collaborative skills and ability to work in a dynamic environment.

Financial ERP systems / Business Intelligence (BI) experience such as Hyperion Enterprise, MicroStrategy, Essbase, or similar
