Responsibilities
Generate financial reports from local manufacturing ERP & Trelleborg systems
Consolidate Operations financial reports, prepare flux analysis and validation reports to ensure accuracy of operations financial reporting
Assist in the development of process improvements for more efficient and accurate financial reporting
Work with site Controllers on adhoc financial analysis and reconciliations between local ERP & Trelleborg BPC
Support manufacturing margin analysis to monitor profitability at the individual sites
Assist in the Internal Review Peer Reviews
Perform other duties, special projects, and analysis as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
5+ years of accounting experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Extensive Knowledge in Microsoft Excel (Lookups, Pivot Tables, Macros, and Formulas)
Ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
Ability to communicate clearly by conveying and receiving ideas, information and direction effectively
Ability to demonstrate adequate job knowledge to deliver a world class performance
Willingness to strive for excellence by producing work that is free of errors and mistakes
Desire to delight both customers and coworkers by offering encouragement, fostering teamwork and addressing conflict appropriately
Commitment to making improvements company wide
Demonstrated competence using Microsoft Office

Detail Oriented
Strong knowledge of GAAP
Demonstrated ability to utilize ERP system to support operations
Comprehensive understanding of General Ledger, Manufacturing Accounting, Inventory Control, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
Preferred
4+ years of cost accounting experience
4+ years of financial analysis experience
Demostrated proficiency with all Microsoft Office Applications
