Responsibilities
Responsible for processing and posting of allocations and aiding in design an edit.
Serve as a back up for Star Interface and Security.
Review monitor, troubleshoot Epic/Star Interface.
Responsible for monitoring and loading and training others on the Stats process.
Load and monitor the fixed and flex budget.
Report, research, and resolve system issues with applications.
Record journal entries as assigned.
Review and perform account analysis of assigned accounts to determine if accruals are needed.
Iteract with departments to ensure that entries are recorded and complete.
Reconcile due to/due from intercompany and interzone accounts.
Prepare interim and year end audit schedules as applicable.
Assist Manager with Ad Hoc reports and assignments.
Assist with Je Template creation and maintenance.
Provide Lawson Gl, JE training with ImageNow.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all WellStar Health System policies, standards of work, and code of conduct.

Required
Bachelor's Degree Required or Finance, Business or Accounting or related experience.
Minimum 3 years finance or accounting Required or Healthcare Preferred.
Above average technical and computer skills.
Must be able to communicate well with employees at all levels and across disciplines.
Must be able to handle multiple duties.
