Responsibilities
Provide insightful financial and business analysis from a systems perspective to support the G&A functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in day-to-day financial operations.
Analyze trends, perform budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities to help guide business decisions.
Act as the project lead, taking ownership of key initiatives within the G&A domain, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring timely execution.
Lead and manage projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Utilize your expertise with financial systems such as Coupa and NetSuite to manage financial operations and processes.
Specifically, experience with Coupa Procurement and Invoicing and NetSuite Financial is required to support procurement processes, invoicing, and vendor management.
Work closely with finance, operations, and other internal teams to ensure smooth operational performance, providing strategic insights and addressing financial and operational challenges as they arise.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiencies within financial operations, working to streamline and optimize G&A processes.
Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Required
Proven experience as a Financial Analyst with strong project management capabilities.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Coupa Procurement and Invoicing, along with NetSuite Financial systems.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate financial data and insights clearly to stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring completion of initiatives within timelines and budgets.
Solid understanding of general financial operations and G&A functions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
University certificate or degree with a minimum of 5 years of related industry experience.
