Responsibilities

Model, analyze, and summarize economic valuation of assigned portfolio of assets in all stages of development (greenfield to transaction stage)

Take a leadership role in coordinating with all relevant SMEs to compile, confirm, understand, and quality control all project pricing inputs and pricing mechanics

Prepare valuation summaries and presentations as a means to lead discussions with the senior management team

Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting to aid in decision making process for Development, Originations and Transactions teams

Support and drive initiatives to streamline and improve the financial pro-forma, including staying current on shifts within the industry

Assist the M&A team in financial modeling and transaction activities as needed

Required

A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in economics, finance, accounting or related field

1-3 years of relevant work experience

Self-motivated, ambitious, and strategic thinker

Excellent competency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Ability to quickly review, analyze, and summarize large amounts of information

Project management skills, including organization and the ability to control multiple processes and tasks simultaneously

Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Ability to clearly and concisely present information, whether written or verbal

Preferred

Advanced degree in economics, finance, accounting or related field

1-2 years of tax equity modeling and/or transactions modeling experience

1-3 years of energy industry work experience
