Responsibilities
Assist in building financial and operational reporting environments for private equity-backed companies.
Leverage insightful analyses to advise management and deliver best-in-class board reporting.
Automate workflows and integrate disparate data sources into a consolidated data warehouse.
Create analytics and outputs in BI applications as well as Excel.
Utilize applications and code to transform traditional finance functions.
Manage and assist in planning and implementing data engineering projects using data warehouses, ETL tools, and scripting languages to build comprehensive data pipelines for KPI reporting and dashboards.
Develop SQL code to transform source data into insightful analytics.
Build metrics and dashboards in BI applications such as PowerBI and Tableau.
Lead and present weekly client meetings to demonstrate progress towards engagement goals.

Required
Prior experience handling large data sets in data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.)
Utilizing data analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Power Pivot, etc.)
Assist in building financial and operational reporting environments for private equity-backed companies.
Leverage insightful analyses to advise management and deliver best-in-class board reporting.
Automate workflows and integrate disparate data sources into a consolidated data warehouse.
Create analytics and outputs in BI applications as well as Excel.

Objective thinking skills with the ability to derive meaningful insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.
Ability to dive deep into data using a bottom-up approach while maintaining an awareness of the bigger picture.
Proficient in evaluating financial and business indicators and translating data into actionable insights.
Ability to apply rigorous logic and sound methodologies to solve complex problems.
Skilled in building constructive and effective relationships with both internal and external groups.
Preferred
Knowledge of programming languages (especially Python) is a plus.
