Responsibilities

Responsible for the overall sales and service performance of the Financial Center.

Directs the weekly sales and service activities of the team to ensure member needs are met.

Conducts feedback and coaches the staff on performance and expectations.

Supports and coordinates with Wealth Advisors, Business Banking, and other partners.

Manages expenses, oversees budget, and ensures compliance with regulations.

Required

Two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school.

Minimum of five years of proven branch and sales management experience at a financial institution leading, managing, motivating, and developing a large team to meet and exceed assigned goals, within a goal-based and results-driven environment.

Thorough knowledge of consumer, business banking, mortgage products, financial institution branch operations, loans, and related financial services.

Proven record of sound decision making, balancing risk with member needs and business goals.

Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.

Verifiable job history showing stability, consistency, dependability, and accountability.
