Responsibilities

Work across numerous teams to prepare and maintain financial and business metrics analysis

Develop understanding of fiber contracts and related features

Prepare presentations of financial and operational results

Serve as a key resource for senior decision-makers in Fiber and Right-Of-Way Acquisition

Collect and archive contracts, update databases, and send out renewal notices

Maintain filing systems, process vendor invoices, and prepare lease payment schedules

Update proprietary systems/databases daily and reconcile invoices

Required

Strong organizational skills

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite, Excel, Word

General knowledge of finance and accounting theory/methods

2-5 years of accounts payable experience

Basic knowledge of agreements and terms

Bachelor's degree in a business-related discipline is required
