Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage financial strategies to support local and international business objectives.
Lead the annual budget and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Monitor financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Oversee the creation and presentation of detailed financial analyses and reporting, including variance analysis, KPIs, and market trends.
Evaluate business unit performance, ensuring consistent metrics and reporting across markets.
Partner with regional and global teams to align financial insights and strategies.
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate financial risks across local and global operations.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards in all operating markets.
Drive financial process improvements and optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and ROI.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to evaluate and support strategic initiatives, M&A opportunities, and market entry strategies.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in financial leadership roles, preferably in multinational organizations or across diverse markets.
Strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, and strategy, with exposure to global market dynamics.
Demonstrated success in driving financial performance and strategic initiatives.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable strategies.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of market trends and financial risks.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, BI tools).
Preferred
MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
