Responsibilities

Accounting Oversight: Hands-on management of a global team and outsourced bookkeepers to maintain accurate financial records and timely reporting.

International Consolidation: Oversee GAAP-compliant consolidation of financial statements from subsidiaries, ensuring consistency and accuracy.

Local Reporting: Supervise IFRS-compliant reporting for local subsidiaries.

Lead U.S. Audit: Ensure historical financial statements meet audit standards and act as the primary contact for the audit process.

Support Growth: Build accounting systems to facilitate future expansion.

Financial Strategy: Collaborate with the CFO on strategies for international growth including currency management, internal pricing and tax planning.

Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and corporate policies, managing risk exposure effectively.
