Responsibilities

Build Medicare fee schedule.

Report and populate data related to claim edits in the system.

Conduct evaluation of KPI and service levels for our physician-based practices we serve utilizing Tableau Analytics.

Collaborate with team account management in identifying problem areas in the revenue cycle and propose solutions to resolve or mitigate issues.

Prepare month end reporting for key accounts on all aspects of revenue cycle including denials, insurance performance, physician performance for all departments and business units.

Present findings and develop strategies to improve reimbursement for client account by conducting meetings on a bi-weekly and monthly basis with leadership of the practices we serve.

Conduct monthly operation meetings with internal department for the client accounts you are responsible for to discuss service performance and areas for improvement.

Develop new tableau workbook dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for our key accounts that will provide improved visual analytics.
