Responsibilities

Lead teams through the financial improvement methodology, guiding Define, Validate, Approve, Track, and Report phases for identified workstreams and initiatives.

Establish and maintain processes for continuous identification of revenue enhancement, cost reduction, and process improvement opportunities.

Utilize financial management tools and data analysis to identify key financial opportunities and trends.

Document value measurement methodologies and validate results through periodic reviews and analysis.

Collaborate with various teams to integrate financial improvement initiatives into enterprise-wide planning and reporting processes.

Work closely with Transformation Management Office (TMO) and Integration Management Office (IMO) resources throughout project lifecycles.

Take ownership of financial validation and tracking for assigned workstreams and initiatives.

Lead project work and teams to ensure timely goal achievement.

Provide accurate financial performance reporting and analysis, offering valuable insights and commentary.

Actively participate in special projects, committees, and initiatives as assigned.

Assist in workload prioritization and delegation under the guidance of the Director Transformation Finance.
