Responsibilities
Analyzing, reconciling, or evaluating financial data by applying knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Executing modifications to systems, programs, and/or operations to assess, investigate, or analyze a variety of unusual problems and provide solutions.
Performing, developing, and advising on work in all phases or systems of budget administration.
Interpreting the impact of and planning for financial/budgetary and program changes by performing a variety of analytical, technical, and administrative work.

Required
Resume demonstrating at least one year of specialized experience in fiscal, financial management, accounting, or budgetary work equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in federal service or equivalent sector
Experience in analyzing, reconciling, or evaluating financial data using accounting principles and practices
Ability to execute modifications to systems, programs, and operations to assess, investigate, or analyze various problems and provide solutions
Proficiency in performing, developing, and advising on work in all phases or systems of budget administration
Capability to interpret the impact of financial/budgetary and program changes and plan accordingly by conducting analytical, technical, and administrative work
