Responsibilities

Performing disaster related budgeting and financial management tasks to include but not limited to, budget formation, justification, execution and analysis for financial reporting.

Providing advice to leadership on disaster budgetary and financial issues.

Gathering information from all sections to develop projections of salaries, benefits, travel, and other administrative and program costs.

Preparing all budget documents requested by the Office of Chief Financial Officer.

Coordinating with Joint Field Offices Comptroller/Cost Unit Lead.

Developing standard operating procedures for disaster file maintenance; file review, audit files, de-obligation files and disaster close out files.

Developing Standard Operating Procedures, desk guides, etc for Disaster Finance activities.
