Responsibilities
Manage financial planning and analysis for a large, complex government contract, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop and maintain comprehensive spend plans for multiple projects.
Monitor budgets and revenue to ensure profitability and compliance with contract requirements.
Provide financial guidance to project managers, subcontractor, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date with government regulations and compliance requirements related to government contracts.
Ensure all financial activities and reporting adhere to government contract guidelines and standards.
Prepare and submit government financial reports, invoices, and documentation accurately and on time.
Utilize SharePoint and/or Teams to facilitate document sharing, collaboration, and communication within the finance team and across departments.
Implement efficient processes for managing financial information.
Leverage advanced Excel Pivot Tables and PowerQuery skills to extract, transform, and analyze financial data.
Develop customized financial reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Proven experience 10-years as a financial manager in government contracting
Strong knowledge of government contract regulations and compliance
Proficiency in SharePoint and/or Teams for collaboration and document management
Advanced Excel skills, including Power Query and Pivot Tables, for data analysis and reporting
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong leadership and team management abilities
Requires TS/SCI (and/or CI Poly) – must be willing to obtain CI Poly
Finance: 3 years (Required)
