Responsibilities
Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate performance and drive alignment with leaders of cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, sales, analytics, finance) on priority initiatives
Craft the narrative on business results and trends including weekly, monthly, quarterly, business reporting, status reporting, and root cause analysis
Provide performance updates to the cross-functional senior leadership team including recommendations on next steps and action plans
Understand business performance for key GTM activities (e.g. marketing campaigns, product launches)

Required
5-7 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives
Experience analyzing the trends of KPIs, relating to financial metrics and campaign performance
Experience with financial projections and/or operating forecasts
Proficiency with Google docs, Excel, Tableau, A/B testing, SQL and other data analysis tools
