Responsibilities
Conduct statistical analysis of company data to enhance sales execution and meet growth objectives
Compile and distribute analytical reports to support strategic sales and business development teams
Assist in the coordination of sales financial budgets and forecast processes
Review industry trends and competitor data to support strategic initiatives
Run and compile weekly and monthly reports using Salesforce, Power BI, and Analysis for Office

Required
Bachelor's Degree required in a business, strategy, or finance-related discipline
3-5 years of related experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in the healthcare field
Strong business system skills, including familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, Power BI, and Anaplan
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience working in the healthcare industry
Strong analytical skills and ability to provide qualitative insights for business recommendations
Ability to prioritize work based on quickly changing requests
Excellent presentation and training skills
Experience facilitating meetings to resolve issues with a win/win result
