Responsibilities

Assist in budgeting and forecasting process. Analyze financial results under different scenarios.

Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis to compare actual results against budgets/forecasts and monitor throughout the year. Identify and explain key drivers of financial performance. Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and provide regular reporting on these metrics.

Help prepare financial reports, dashboards and presentations for finance and senior leadership. Ensure clarity, accuracy, and relevance of financial information provided, and that it’s delivered on a timely basis.

Work as a business partner to provide financial support for business units and corporate departments.

Perform ad-hoc financial analysis as needed to support various projects and initiatives across the Company.

Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve the efficiency of FP&A activities. Help team implement best practices and innovative approaches.
