Responsibilities

Coordinates the month-end closing process with analysis and reporting across the businesses in relations to the P&L and working capital, including summarization and roll up to the Tools & Outdoor FP&A Group.
Supports the preparation of key leadership meetings including MBR, Budget and Strat Plan for the President and CFO of the businesses.
Reviews, Analyzes and Reports out daily sales for Smart Storage & MAC Tools, including PowerBI dashboard management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Opportunity to lead and/or support special cross-departmental projects to further deepen FP&A expertise and expand the network while working on top priority assignments with exposure to the International President & CFO.
Drive process improvements to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.
Collaborate cross-functionally in report building and leveraging tools like Power BI or Alteryx, enhancing data integration and streamline workflows.

Required

BS in Accounting, Finance or Economics with strong analytical skills.
2+ years of finance or business-related experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, interpersonal effectiveness, and leadership.
Strong problem solving, business case development, and communication skills.
High business acumen and increased collaboration with both cross-functional and business leaders.
Highly proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, knowledge of Hyperion HFM and SAP or their equivalent.

Preferred

Power BI and/or Alteryx experience a plus
