Responsibilities
Develop delivery orders in SAP
Create invoices per US government templates/requirements
Partner with MS Fed for invoice submission and payment
Manage internal team budget using data from Mercury and RIM
Oversee and maintain all financial elements of customer contracts
Complete tasks with limited supervision

Required
3-5 years of experience
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with SAP
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with invoicing management and completion
Minimum 2-3 years of experience with Mercury
Ability to take requirements and put them into action with minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Access to information controlled under ITAR or EAR regulations
Must be a 'U.S. person' as defined by applicable laws
US Citizens and Green Cards only

Previous government contracting or systems knowledge
