Responsibilities

Virtual Office Management

Executive Assistance: Proactively support advisor/s in all business practices.

Calendar Management: Maintain and coordinate firm appointment schedules.

360 Communications: Act as the main point of contact for all internal and external communications.

Business Development Support: Assist in business growth initiatives.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain current client information and product status across all systems. Provide first class proactive client service.

Team Supervision: Oversee activities of other team members as needed.

Insurance Client Service Management

Lead the end-to-end insurance process, from onboarding to policy service.

Investment Client Service Support

Collaborate with the Investment Services Manager to oversee all client communications including integrated and investment processing support.

Required

4+ years of administrative experience at Northwestern Mutual encompassing extreme familiarity and proficiency with NM proprietary systems, Home-Office contacts, and Microsoft applications.

PROVEN RECORD in working independently and collaboratively in a fast-growing remote environment.

RIDICULOUSLY EXCEPTIONAL communication skills across all channels (phone, zoom, email, text).

Insurance license required.
