Responsibilities

Administration and maintenance of our financial system, including system configuration, customization, and security settings (Current: Dynamics D365 Future: NetSuite)
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to optimize system functionality and performance.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing and enforcing appropriate access controls, user permissions, and data management processes.
Customize and configure financial modules according to business requirements, including chart of accounts, financial reports, workflows, and dashboards.
Develop and maintain customizations as needed.
Collaborate with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the financial systems.
Manage data migration processes between systems, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), to ensure seamless transfer of financial data.
Provide training and support to finance end-users on system functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
Serve as the primary point of contact for user inquiries, issue resolution, and technical support related to financial systems.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, customizations, integrations, and processes.
Establish and enforce governance policies, standards, and procedures for financial system administration to ensure compliance, data integrity, and security.
Assess and document challenges with the existing implementation and propose solutions that align with industry best practices and maximize available system capabilities.
Assist with other special projects as needed.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Administrator.
Proficiency in Dynamics 365 F&O modules, including configuration, customization, and administration. Additional familiarity with NetSuite desired.
Experience with Power Platform tools (for D365) for customization and development.
Proficiency in data integration techniques and tools, such as SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, Azure Logic Apps, or custom APIs.

Preferred

Dynamics 365 and NetSuite certifications preferred.
