Responsibilities

Examine efficiencies in automation, setup, change orders, and requests

Ensure data sharing and transparency for data owned by finance between HR and IT

Record all API and SFTP Integrations and which business processes they impact

Implement, maintain, and support information systems to meet the business needs of Vibrant by analyzing and creating tests, and developing specifications and requirements for developers and programmers.

Create financial reports

Support audit requests

Assist with process design for disbursement, procurement, and payroll functions

Research and recommend useful plug-ins and additional functionality.

Assist users with technical questions about applications.

Perform training on the proper use of applications.

Create technical training materials for staff on a variety of media.

Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.

Document and maintain operational procedures and standards for client support.

Test, evaluate, and inform decisions about existing and new technology platforms.

Take initiative to increase understanding of all job-related areas.

Participate in programmatic and business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical needs and requirements.

Additional duties as assigned.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or 5 years equivalent work experience.

Strong background in technical writing and training.

Experience working with integrations

Experience creating technical documentation

Experience generating process diagrams, requirements documentation, and reports

Experience with implementing large-scale technology projects

Strong knowledge of Confluence and experience working with intranets/wikis

Able to communicate technical knowledge to a wide range of end-users

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Strong analytical skills and the ability to problem-solve

Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously and effectively meet deadlines

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills

Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion

Able to take direction needed to plan and prioritize work assignments effectively

Able to complete routine tasks independently over time which includes having the functional, technical, and problem-solving skills needed to complete assignments

Basic knowledge of Financial reports (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow analysis)
