Responsibilities
Providing legal advice on lending, payments, credit, and banking laws, rules, and regulations to Product teams (TILA, Reg. Z, CARD, ECOA, FDCPA, FCRA, GLBA).
Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing commercial agreements with various banks, financial institutions, and partners.
Advising on marketing strategies related to payments and lending products.
Experience with crypto/blockchain is a plus for several clients, as is experience drafting in a second language (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.).
