Responsibilities

Develop, recommend, and implement policies and procedures relative to financial matters.
Prepare and maintain operating budgets for the agency.
Monitor and analyze program expenditures for compliance with regulations and contractual agreements.
Develop revenue recovery/collection mechanisms.
Conduct complex management studies for financial advisory services.
Participate in financial reviews of proposals and legislation.
Plan, assign, review, and evaluate the work of subordinate personnel.

Required

Possession of a Bachelors degree or higher in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Management, Computer Information Systems or related field.
Six months experience in financial administration such as comprehensive analysis of programs, budgets, projects, services, alternatives, and costs; financial planning, revenue generation, revenue forecasting, expenditure forecasting, cash flow management and establishing internal control.
Three years experience in planning, designing, developing, implementing and evaluating fiscal management studies.
Six months experience in budget development which includes analyzing financial data and making long and short range plans and projections.
Three years experience in interpreting laws, rules, regulations, standards, policies, and procedures.
Six months experience in narrative report writing.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
