Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to multiple practice groups as needed.
Manage and organize legal documents, correspondence, and files.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare and format legal documents, briefs, and presentations.
Conduct legal research and gather information as required.
Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and mail, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain confidentiality and ensure all documents are stored securely.
Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Support special projects and other duties as assigned.

Required
Minimum of 3-5 years of legal administrative support experience in a law firm setting.
Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and e-filing in federal, state, and local courts.
Proficiency in Document Management Systems & Microsoft Office Suite needed.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
