Responsibilities
Provides leadership at construction sites, assigns Installers to job sites, and monitors their performance to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
Trains, manages, coaches, and develops field installers to deliver top-rated customer service.
Coordinates with builders, project inspectors, managers, contractors, and other trades.
Directs pre-wiring, device installation, and troubleshooting in under-construction residential premises, including home automation, security, lighting control, audio, video, and networking.
Conducts assessments for knowledge, quality, safety, and performance.
Develops and executes plans to motivate workers, ensuring efficiency and goal achievement.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of all job sites daily.
Conducts site checks to verify specifications and ensure timely availability of project resources (materials, supplies, labor, etc.).
Records, analyzes, and reports field performance data to enhance operational efficiency.
Performs other duties as assigned to support departmental and company operations effectively.

Required
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in low-voltage and/or electrical trade installation, including process and personnel management.
Thorough knowledge and understanding of building codes to ensure compliance and pass inspections.
Ability to interpret and apply residential floorplans accurately for component installation.
Experience in risk management.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to lead and develop teams in a dynamic environment.
Strong analytical skills.
Proficient in following instructions and procedures.
Effective coordination of duties, time management, and resource allocation.
Must NOT have a criminal record history.
Must have valid FL driver's license with good driving history.
Must be able to pass MVR, background check, and drug screen.
