Responsibilities

Implement, configure, and maintain ForgeRock Identity Cloud solutions to meet organizational identity and access management (IAM) needs.
Design and manage ForgeRock Access Management (AM) and Identity Gateway (IG) configurations for secure, seamless user authentication and authorization.
Optimize and troubleshoot ForgeRock Identity Gateway to enable smooth integration with enterprise applications and APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and secure IAM solutions.
Conduct identity lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with security and privacy regulations.
Develop custom policies, scripts, and extensions within ForgeRock frameworks.

Required

Strong expertise in ForgeRock Identity Cloud, Access Management (AM), and Identity Gateway (IG).
Proficient in implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and OAuth/OpenID Connect protocols.
Hands-on experience with API integration and managing secure gateways.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud in an IAM context.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for IAM deployments.

Preferred

ForgeRock certifications (e.g., ForgeRock Certified Identity Cloud Engineer).
Experience in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions.
Strong scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript, or Python) for customizations.
Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and technical documentation.
