Responsibilities

Maintaining, tracking, and updating these surfaces requires full-time attention, especially as we expand our A/B testing capabilities.
Organizing and building Discover surfaces for our different groupings
Updating row Criteria and Panel
Monitoring live health of Discover rows
Supporting QA and Release with patch deploys
Supporting live events and content featuring in Discover
Organize and deploy configured surfaces for different cohorts of players
Monitor the live health of Discover content and rows
Work closely with Product and Analytics to coordinate, build, and track A/B testing
Support patch releases and live events

Required

0-2 years of experience working in Operations, Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Management
Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
Interest in gaming and creator ecosystem
General understanding of A/B testing
Demonstrated experience and interest in operational roles
Passion for games and user-generated content
Familiarity with the Fortnite Ecosystem

Preferred

Understanding of SQL (or other data analytics tools)
Experience in data visualization (Tableau or similar)
