Responsibilities

Work with Solution Architects and other Forward Deployed Software Engineers to understand the critical problems customers have and design workflows to solve them.

Identify workflow optimisations through deep engagement with customer problems and work to build into a stable and scalable solution.

Respond to and triage incoming support requests from both internal and external teams.

Maintain and improve existing workflows to support customer outcomes.

Required

Strong engineering background demonstrated by a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science and related fields OR equivalent professional experience.

Proficiency with one of more programming languages, such as Python, Typescript/JavaScript, or similar.

Familiarity with a data engineering frameworks, such as SQL/NoSQL
