Responsibilities
Create and optimize predictive models for various use cases—such as addictions, educational engagement, consumer behavior, and workforce trends—leveraging advanced techniques in NLP, sentiment analysis, and psychological profiling.
Translate complex data into actionable insights, synthesizing EQ, MBTI, and other personality assessments into cohesive, personalized outputs.
Work with large datasets, integrating information from sources like Slack and university tech tools to enrich our models and provide deep insights into community dynamics and human intent.
Design algorithms that proactively identify risks (e.g., drop-off predictions, disengagement risks) and recommend specific interventions, delivering unparalleled predictive power for our clients.
Partner closely with product, engineering, and design teams to implement models in a scalable, user-friendly way. Your insights will directly shape Pangia’s feature set and end-user experience.

Required

Preferred
A background in data science, statistics, psychology, or related fields (advanced degrees welcome but not required).
