Responsibilities
Design and Build: Develop scalable and efficient solutions for a next-generation voice agent platform.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with designers, engineers, and product managers to ship features from concept to production.
Ownership: Lead initiatives across frontend, backend, and infrastructure, with opportunities to own significant parts of the product.
Customer Impact: Provide technical support and guidance to our customers, helping them successfully implement and use our platform.

Required
10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, ideally with mix experience at both, a fast-growing startup and in a tech giant (FAANG).
Strong technical skills in Node.js, React.js, and AWS or similar cloud technologies.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the confidence to make decisions and push forward even when faced with challenges.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to new technologies and challenges.
Preferred
A passionate problem solver with a founder-like mindset, eager to take on responsibility and drive change.
Prior experience in a startup environment or with voice AI technologies.
