Responsibilities

Assist with annual budget and quarterly forecast development; collaborate on financial inputs and monitor actuals vs. forecasts.
Administer, and analyze sales compensation plans; calculate and ensure timely, accurate commission payouts; recommend adjustments based on performance and benchmarks.
Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual reports; analyze financial and sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Build and maintain models to support planning; conduct scenario analysis and monthly variance analysis to explain financial and sales performance.
Drive process enhancements in reporting and compensation; support ad-hoc financial analysis, including M&A and strategic projects.

Required

2-4 years in financial or sales compensation analysis, ideally in FP&A.
BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, or similar field.
Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint; strong data analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with GAAP principles, attention to detail, and ability to manage tight timelines.
Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred

Experience with CRM tools (SugarCRM preferred), Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite.
Familiarity with sales compensation tools (e.g., Xactly, Anaplan) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
SaaS industry experience and strong accounting knowledge.
