Responsibilities
Lead financial planning and analysis for R&D functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
Partner with R&D leadership to provide insights on resource allocation, cost management, and investment priorities.
Analyze R&D spend efficiency and contribute to decision-making on future investments and projects.
Prepare detailed financial models and reports to track R&D performance against targets and benchmarks.
Support business cases for new product development and strategic initiatives.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting related to R&D activities.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Required
7+ years of experience in FP&A, with a focus on R&D, ideally within a private equity-backed SaaS or technology business.
Proven ability to work closely with R&D teams to drive financial decision-making.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and business case development.
Expertise in managing complex financial data and translating it into actionable insights.
