Responsibilities

Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals.

Develop and maintain dynamic financial models to support decision-making.

Provide detailed variance analysis, identifying key business drivers and risks.

Collaborate with department heads to track performance, optimize resources, and drive financial accountability.

Present financial insights and recommendations to the executive team.

Own monthly and quarterly financial reporting, including P&L reviews and executive dashboards.

Build data-driven presentations and reports that inform leadership and support board-level discussions.

Identify and implement process improvements in reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.

Lead or support special projects such as pricing analysis, and operational optimization.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus).

5+ years of FP&A or related experience, ideally within a fast-paced, PE-backed, or tech-driven environment.

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial planning tools (e.g., Adaptive, Anaplan), and data visualization platforms.

Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leaders.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
