Responsibilities

Develop and implement robust financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Oversee accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights into financial performance and future projections.
Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Lead fundraising efforts, including developing strategies, identifying potential investors, and managing relationships.
Prepare compelling investment materials, including pitch decks, financial models, and due diligence documents.
Negotiate and structure financing transactions, including equity and debt financing.
Maintain strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
Serve as a key executive team member, providing financial expertise and guidance.
Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
Contribute to the development and execution of the company's long-term strategic plan.

Required

7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in managing finances and raising capital for high-growth companies.
Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and internal controls.
Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an autonomous, fast-paced environment.

Preferred

MBA or CPA preferred.
