Responsibilities

This Client-Facing Position Leads The Execution of the Next Level Revenue Methodology.
Strategic Growth Planning: Collaborates with the Director of Client Services to develop and communicate growth strategies aligned with our client's vision and long-term objectives
Revenue Generation Process: Establish and streamline processes for revenue generation, integrating sales, marketing, and customer relationship management to maximize effectiveness and drive results.
Customer Experience Optimization: Leads efforts to unify processes and enhance the customer experience, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty while extending the length of the client relationship
Sales and Marketing Integration: Develop and implement strategies to optimize returns on marketing investments and maximize revenue generation.
Leadership and Communication: Provide strong leadership, fostering collaboration and communication across organizational functions to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
Revenue Monitoring and Forecasting: Monitors client-specific revenue streams, analyzes performance metrics, and forecasts revenue generation to inform strategic decision-making and planning
Supports developing and operationalizing Next Level Coaching IP, products, services, scorecards, and digital infrastructure.
Attends Service L10, daily scrums, and other internal meetings as needed (sometimes travel required).
Supports business development and visibility opportunities as needed

Required

Proven experience in a similar role as a Chief Revenue Officer, Marketing Manager, VP of Sales, or other similar position; agency experience is a bonus
Proven track record of success in executive leadership roles within similar organizations, focusing on revenue generation, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. Be prepared to share examples of delivering tangible results in revenue growth, customer acquisition, and market expansion.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic growth plans that drive significant revenue increases and sustainable business expansion. Experience designing and implementing innovative strategies to capture new market opportunities and overcome competitive challenges
Familiar with the coaching/consulting industry or a related field
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and empower diverse teams. Proven experience building high-performing sales and/or marketing teams and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
Comprehensive understanding of financial principles and metrics for revenue forecasting, budgeting, and profitability analysis. Ability to interpret data, identify key performance indicators, and make strategic decisions to optimize revenue streams and resource allocation
Creative thinker with a track record of developing innovative solutions to business challenges. Experience leveraging emerging technologies, market trends, and customer insights to optimize revenue and enhance competitive advantage
Believes wholeheartedly in the values of listening (i.e., to understand before being understood), growth, accountability, authenticity, and giving

Preferred

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Previous experience operating under the EOS model is a plus; open-mindedness is essential.
