Responsibilities
Coach, train, and develop both new and tenured franchisees to accelerate growth within the network.
Master InXpress systems, products, pricing models, and training materials.
Understand and articulate the 3PL model and our go-to-market strategy.
Conduct business and sales training sessions, create key reports, define KPIs, and recommend compensation plans.
Build trust and maintain strong relationships across the franchise network.

Required
Proven success in sales or sales leadership within a related industry.
In-depth knowledge of the 3PL landscape, plus domestic & parcel (UPS & DHL), LTL & TL freight, and ideally ocean & air freight.
Familiarity with supply chain technology (TMS) and its value proposition.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI reporting preferred.
Strong leadership, relationship-building, and results-oriented mindset.

Experience with Power BI reporting.
Franchise industry experience.
