Responsibilities
Maintain a thorough understanding of our concept(s) as well as new club location availability, site selection criteria, market analysis research and the Franchise Development process.
Facilitate and oversee the gathering of pertinent information, leading to the creation of profiles for all candidates involved in the franchise sales process, submitting said profiles for approval.
Closely work with and coordinate the development process with various departments, for the smooth/timely setting of Discovery Days.
Attendance/participation at applicable franchise and real estate industries events as deemed necessary.
Handle various other duties, as assigned.

Required
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 3-5 years’ franchise sales/development experience is required.
Excellent interpersonal skills, telephone skills, as well as consultative sales experience required.
This position also requires some travel.
Must have the ability to work independently and possess self-motivation.
This is not a typical 9-5 position. Must be flexible to meet with candidates and hold calls at various times and days of the week to accommodate prospective franchise candidates’ schedules.
Preferred
A four-year degree in Sales and Marketing preferred.
