Franchise Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities
Assist in rolling out new marketing programs/initiatives, new vendor partnerships, and new tools to franchisees.
Evaluate and measure franchise program participation and performance.
Assist in the development and implementation of local, regional and national marketing strategies including, but not limited to PPC, SEO, online directories, email marketing, social media, event marketing, public relations, and more.
Work directly with franchisees to collaborate, understand their marketing needs and provide tailored solutions while solving problems quickly.
Plan and manage brand and franchise development email marketing campaigns that drive revenue and increase engagement both online and offline.
Execute the brand and franchise development email program and campaign strategy, user flow and triggers, and create, build, audit and deploy the CRM automation using HubSpot
Create and manage content for various marketing channels including social media, blogs, e-newsletters, and email, among others.
Analyze marketing data and metrics and provide valuable insights that optimize campaigns and improve return on investment.
Assist in the development and execution of marketing plans to promote the EverSmiths’ franchise opportunity across multiple brands.
Collaborate and coordinate with external vendors, agencies, assigned SEO experts, and internal team members to support SEO strategies that enhance search visibility.
Develop and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, as well as attending webinars, trade shows, regional meetings, training and conferences as needed.
Ensure franchise broker portals are continually updated with the latest content.
Manage and update the company and franchisee websites and ensure they are optimized for search engines.
Support the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers and more to directly support franchisee sales’ efforts.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and franchise development initiatives.
Craft program enrollment structure for franchisees and work to increase efficiencies for franchisees to engage in marketing programs on an ongoing basis.
Serve as a continual feedback loop between the internal team and franchisees to ensure best practices are being shared between both groups.
Work closely with the marketing team to align web initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.
Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across digital channels.
Other duties and responsibilities as determined by EverSmith and its member brands from time to time in its sole discretion.
Limited travel.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a franchising or business-to-business multi-location business.
Proficiency in social media particularly with LinkedIn
Direct experience with HubSpot – forms, email marketing, analytics, and workflows.
Software Experience: WordPress, SEMrush, Google Tag Manager, GA4/Google Analytics, Google Ads (PPC), Canva, Salesforce, Fran Connect, Monday, Slack and Microsoft Office (Excel)
Skills: Web Development, SEO, SEM, Project Management, Data Acquisition, Data reporting, Social Media Strategy, Organic Social Media, PPC, Reporting Analytics, Graphic Design, CRM Management, Email Marketing, and Content Creation
Impeccable and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
Organization skills and responsivity (with a sense of urgency) are critical to role success.
