Responsibilities
Work with the project management tracking procedures to provide real-time status updates and utilize the tracking procedure to effectively communicate to franchisees and corporate staff on the daily status.
Ensure all disciplines such as signage, real estate, financing status, logistics, purchasing, support set-ups, web site needs are defined, scheduled, held to the timeline, completed and communicated to the franchisees and corporate staff.
Produce an individual file system to allow for all status, communications, forms, dates and updates to ensure the launch is on time and a plan if the plan slips to ensure on-time completion and success.

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in customer service or project coordination
Must be highly organized
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency a must
Preferred
Coordinator or management experience is a plus
Previous Project Management experience a plus
Bilingual a plus
