Responsibilities

Leads and implements fraud prevention, detection, investigation and response activities for fraud and enterprise security programs and activities, including assessments, risk prioritizations, mitigation planning, and execution consistent with law, regulations, standards, and guidelines outstanding to countries / localities.

Identifies, reports, and assists with any large-scale fraud events under general direction of management/senior fraud investigators.

Manages and leads incident process and handling of fraud investigations. Coordinates the creation and implementation of systems and processes to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud based on fraud intelligence and event analysis.

Implements, completes, reviews, and maintains Global Security policy and procedures consistent with global standards and practices. Makes recommendation to management as to the creation of new procedures and archiving outdated procedures.

Thoroughly documents case chronology and prepares reports. Reports any trends to management and recommends system/policy/procedure changes to mitigate future fraud.

Analyse situations, identifies practical solutions, and brings up matters as needed.

Develops and maintains an established network of internally and externally contacts to capture, exchange, and complete actionable fraud and security intelligence to best protect client Crew, information, and client assets.

Handles allegations of monetary fraud of $50K or less

Required

Experience in leading and implementing fraud prevention, detection, investigation, and response activities

Ability to identify, report, and assist with large-scale fraud events

Experience in managing and leading incident process and handling of fraud investigations

Knowledge of creating and implementing systems and processes to prevent, detect, and respond to fraud

Ability to document case chronology, prepare reports, and identify trends

Analytical skills to analyze situations and recommend practical solutions

Established network of contacts for actionable fraud and security intelligence

Experience in handling allegations of monetary fraud

Thorough understanding of Global Security policy and procedures

Excellent communication and reporting skills

Preferred

Experience in researching and recommending fraud prevention and detection solutions

Knowledge of automated systems and improvements in anti-fraud controls

Ability to evaluate fraud protection/prevention systems and tools

Experience in working with business units to implement fraud prevention measures

Ability to support project teams and participate in special projects

Experience in mentoring newly hired investigators, interns, and contractors

Knowledge of providing fraud overviews and crew education
