Responsibilities
Identify and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our affiliate network.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates to ensure ongoing collaboration and engagement.
Monitor affiliate activity, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve affiliate marketing efforts.
Analyze campaign performance data to derive actionable insights and drive continuous optimization.
Work with top affiliate marketing platforms like Impact, CJ and Awin.

Required
3+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs
Passionate about developing and growing affiliate partnerships
Proficiency in utilizing portals for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks
Data-driven mindset and experience in optimizing and scaling partnerships and/or performance campaigns
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced performance-driven environment
Effective organizational and time management skills
