Responsibilities
Design visually engaging event materials including signage, swag items, stage backdrops, podium covers, buttons, lanyards, and step and repeats.
Develop the look and feel of digital communications for events, including email templates, social media assets, one-pagers, and marketing handouts.
Ensure all event-related assets adhere to brand guidelines and enhance the event’s overall theme and experience.
Collaborate closely with event planners, marketing teams, and vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality execution of designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creativity with deadlines.
Maintain consistency across all event materials, reinforcing brand identity and messaging.
Work with external vendors to ensure correct specifications, color matching, and quality control of printed materials.

Required
5+ years of experience in graphic design with a focus on event or experiential design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work for event assets, branding, or marketing collateral.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics, typography, and color consistency.
