Freelance Salesforce Administrator - Inside Sales Support (ISS) Program

Responsibilities
Offer project support, including sharing specifications, pricing, and promotions
Assist with creating and updating new opportunities in the system
Ensure accurate opportunity details are communicated and documented
Facilitate communication with opportunity owners for proper system maintenance
Generate customer reports and weekly ISS reporting
Create basic Salesforce reports to support data insights and decision-making
Understand key process flows for opportunity assignments
Communicate with Opportunity Owners to gather required information for updates
Maintain and update account information in Salesforce
Participate in weekly cadence reviews with BDMs to discuss ongoing pipeline activities
Services will be provided for sellers in the United States of America
Personnel will provide Services from: 8 AM to 5 PM CST.

Required
FLUENT English and strong communication skills
Proven experience managing Salesforce data, including creating reports and maintaining account details.
Strong organizational and communication skills to support seamless team collaboration.
Ability to generate accurate reports and insights to facilitate data-driven decisions.
Availability to work an 8-hour overlap within 8 AM - 5 PM CST.
Preferred
Prior experience in inside sales support or sales operations is a plus.
